Hi, Tymoff Readers! This is your friend T Tymoff and today I have come across something different. I was, like always, on my Reddit page and I got this post claiming that there’s this website called Nudostar which has huge database of free content that are otherwise available as paid content on other websites. Not something unusual, there as Internet is full of piracy websites. But then I checked the Lumen Database for copyright notices Nudostar has received and there were thousands of them!
So, how is it then that the hosting providers, Google or any ISP doesn’t take action against them? They leak pictures and videos of Onlyfans models and yet they get away with it! So I decided to examine a little more on Nudostar and found these. I hope you get to know something new out of this. Also, I wrote a list of Aniwave alternatives, check that too!
Disclaimer: This is not an explicit content. This is a news-form analysis done independently by T Tymoff.
Nudostar has thousands of copyright claim complaints filed against them!
Nudostar releases adult and explicit images and videos of Onlyfans models. When I checked the lumen database, I found thousands of redacted content by Google. Here are some of the complaints that were posted against Nudostar in last few years:
- Neiima Marin filed a copyright complaint on December 8, 2023, against 12 infringing URLs on nudostar-leaked.com for unauthorized use of her photo.
- Kylie Khaoprachan filed a copyright complaint with Google on December 8, 2023, against multiple infringing URLs on nudostar-leaked.com for unauthorized content.
- Isabel Duenas, also known as Bella Duenas, filed ten copyright complaints with Google on October 13, 2023, against nudostar.tv for unauthorized use of her OnlyFans content.
- Amelie Warren filed a copyright complaint with Google on March 20, 2024, against 3 infringing URLs on nudostar-leaked.com for unauthorized use of her photo.
- Isabelle Ferregur filed a copyright complaint with Google on April 17, 2024, against 12 infringing URLs on hotzxgirl.com for unauthorized use of her OnlyFans photos.
- Onsist, on behalf of Milo Moire, filed a copyright complaint with Google on February 15, 2024, against 419 infringing URLs across multiple sites for unauthorized content related to Milo Moire.
- Cam Model Protection, on behalf of Dorothy Byrd, filed a copyright complaint with Google on October 5, 2020, against 10 infringing URLs across various sites for unauthorized content related to Blinkx.
- Onlyfans.com/MarieJo.Lebrun, on behalf of Marie-Jo Lebrun, filed a copyright complaint with Google on September 2, 2023, against 26 infringing URLs on nudostar.tv for unauthorized use of her photos.
- Valeria Sistrunk filed a copyright complaint with Google on January 15, 2024, against 2 infringing URLs on nudostar.tv for unauthorized use of her nude image still appearing in Google Image Search results.
- Mym.Fans, on behalf of MYM.FANS, filed a copyright complaint with Google on January 15, 2021, against 10 infringing URLs on drive.google.com for unauthorized sharing of content from MYM.FANS profiles.
So even though I have selected only handful of complaints, there are more than a thousand pages of complaints still available on Lumen. I then decided to understand why and how Nudostar is able to leak these contents for so many years!
How Nudostar keeps leaking content of Onlyfans models and still stays live?
This might be a curious thing for you to know that despite leaking content, piracy websites like Nudostar do not disappear. They stay live in one form or another. How are they able to do that? Here is what I learned.
Websites like Nudostar keep getting replicated by their owners or community of their fans.
Yes, this is the very first reason why these websites aren’t ever dead. Owners of websites like Nudostar keep changing domains or just scraping whole website on multiple domains from time to time. So even if Google or other search engines or hosting providers decide to kill Nudostar, they will be live by some other name. Also, many people of the community keep scraping websites like Nudostar on their own hosting spaces making it almost impossible for anyone to totally ban this website.
Nudostar uses offshore or obscure hosting service to safeguard themselves
The benefit of using an offshore hosting is that they cannot be traced or contacted easily. So filing a DMCA complaint to those hosting providers is almost impossible. That safeguards websites like Nudostar from getting banned by hosting service providers.
They often use Anonymous names to operate
Another reason why it is so hard for these websites like Nudostar to be tracked is that they use anonymous names to create and run their websites. If they are a corporation, they use tax-havens and shell companies to operate. And consistent change in ownership details also makes it hard to keep track of these companies.
What can artists do to stop their content from being leaked by Nudostar?
Apparently, they can do nothing. If someone decides to leak content on piracy websites, they can hardly do anything to stop this. They can, however, stop search engines from displaying these leaked content in their results. This will help the leak to be limited to some users. However, many Telegram channels also spread these leaked videos through terrabox which makes it very quick to spread the leaked content on Internet.
It’s a shame that nothing much can done about this. However, if you guys have any recommendations, please drop a comment. I am Tymoff, and I am going to say a goodbye for now! But if you like my blog posts, you can follow me on Twitter too at @tymofftoday!
